Jerry H**** was the on-call emergency contact last night and before simply asking to come for a service call, he attempted to help us diagnose the issue to ascertain whether we could get the furnace working in order to save us money on an emergency evening call out. Upon figuring it was the motor that runs the fan, he even suggested another company that may carry the required replacement motor which he did not have on hand himself. Great experience with the Furnace Family. Excellent customer service and communication through email and text messages! They were right on time as scheduled and the technician went above and beyond expectations. Jerry was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. The furnace family did an emergency furnace install for us on a Saturday when we had no heat. They were very polite and did an amazing job. The furnace is running great. Would highly recommend them.
