I leased, then purchased my vehicle from Future Nissan. Leasing and purchase..effortless. Have had all of my vehicle service done at Future Nissan. Great service team. Exceptional customer service.
I'm a new customer. The service advisor was not very customer friendly as previous advisors I experienced at your Folsom store. I'll reserve judgement pending additional service needs in my future.
JeffJones was my service guy. He was great. He was friendly and professional. He took very good care of me and my car was finished in the timeframe given to me at the beginning. I will keep Jeff’s card to always be my service advisor at Future Nissan.
It was good, very friendly and professional, liked the lobby,, tea was good bathrooms very clean.

Logan was phenomenal with letting me know what service I had completed previously and which services were upcoming. I was able to select the right services I aimed to get done and the service was completed in a timely manner.

I love the service department. They have always taken good care of me. The only reason the dealer didn't get 5 stars is because over the years, their sales people have been annoying, calling repeatedly to try to get me to sell my car. Repeated calls came even after my clear communication to NOT call to buy my car.
Good customer service. Attentive and they understand what we are looking for. My service trips has been great also.
