Many features are broken. Both "manage devices" and the gear icon on the Gabb device's profile cause the app to crash.

We bought the Gabb watch for our son last year so we could keep track of him when he rode the bus to and from kindergarten. Unfortunately, the GPS feature stopped working and hasn't been able to locate the watch (even when it's at home) since June. Today was his first day of first grade and we haven't been able to track his bus at all. It seems like this has become a regular problem, looking at the other comments here. We are really disappointed! Hopefully it's fixed soon.

I have to refresh the screen every time I want to locate the phone. Many times it tells me the phone cannot be located. When I read troubleshooting advice, nothing pertains to us.

It is amazing how awful Gabb is at locating phones on the service. This is most of the functionality of the app, and it frequently can't find devices for days at a time, even with calls and texts to and from the device working perfectly. If you cannot perform the main feature you advertise, why should anyone pay for your service?

GPS service is inadequate. That is basically the whole reason I bought the watch to begin with. The watch is not dead but I am unable to refresh the location. This happens very often.

Upsetting. One of the main reasons for choosing gabb was the location feature. It almost never works. I know the phone is on and has service because I'm texting with it, but location is t available. 😡

Gsp tracker stopped working! Worst customer service in the world. No way to contact a live person. emails still not returned after weeks, says they have live chat but it is never available. I love that the phone has no internet capability, but being able to track location is a crucial part of why we got this. Just like many other parent reviews, tracking worked for about a week, then stopped, no matter what we do. Absolutely no way to get help from customer service. So frustrating!

Tracker has stopped working. This is incredibly frustrating. The whole point of the watch and app is to be able to track and keep my son safe.
