Can not get past login screen. It goes to login then just keeps returning me to login screen. This is very frustrating for a new customer. I have reached out to customer service already.

Regret getting. Even back and forth with customer service has not helped. Does not keep track of children well at all. Then lost the fun features such as steps, task and pets. After reading other reviews they say it's not a common problem, but it seems it like it is.

It's great when the app finds my daughter's phone. But that's rare. I'm disappointed because I can't always track the phone. It typically states the phone is at 14% battery and it can't find the phone - even though the phone is fully charged. I also don't like that it's very easy to delete texts.

I was excited to get this watch for my son, but the GPS needs work. The parameters set as safe zones are not very adjustable and therefore are incorrect. My son did loose the device and when I track it's location it gives the general area but still can't find. Again needs to be more precise. Lastly, the notifications that are sent when the device leaves a safe zone are terribly delayed. I've picked up my son and gotten half way across town before I get notice he's left the area....

The GPS is horrible......even though I have talked tk my kid and texted him it says he hasn't moved at all....if the GPS was better(main reason I got it) then it would be a 5 stars it's horrible

My daughter's watch has not notified my app on a week, nothing in our routine has changed. It worked great for 2 weeks, now I'm wondering if I bought an expensive watch for nothing

Does not update location. Takes 7-15 minutes to find exact location. Needs to be real time.
