It was good for a while, but the location tracking no longer works no matter what we do. That was the main reason we purchased this, so we may just cancel and get a regular phone plan for my son.

Update! Phone GPS still wont work. I have emailed Gabb wireless 3 times with no response but they have no issue taking my monthly payment out. TRASH product and TRASH customer service. Dont bother. 🙄

App keeps freezing and won't update location. I've tried Uninstall and reinstall, doesn't help

Slower than molasses, gps doesn't EVER update. The whole reason I got this app was so I could track my kid and keep her safe without the hassle of pictures and games and social media etc etc... But turns out it's just impossible to use, impossibly slow, and never updates the GPS ever. I'm NOT happy.

Terrible customer service. I've been calling, trying to online chat and emailing for weeks. Never talked to anyone. Called and was on hold for an hour, then got a recording disconnecting me. Not an accidental disconnect. A pre-planned thing where gabb disconnects you after an hour. Wish they just said we can't help you today. Would have saved me an hour of my life and a ton of battery for my cell. Gabb is a good idea, but I wish I'd never signed up.
