The location tracker stop working after a day of having the watch and I added a new contact on the app but it didn't update on my kid's watch. Please fix it because as of right now the watch is pretty useless. Edit We ended up fixing it and now there's no more issues and its working how its supposed to and we are really happy with it so far.

I can't get a few functions on the app to work (play sound/locate). One of the reasons I chose the phone was so I could know where my child is. ETA: customer service reached out and helped me solve all my concerns with the app. This service is 100% worth every penny.

Edit: Loren reached out to help fix the problem. App is working and tracking the Gabb phone like it should now. Old review: Location tracking worked 1st couple days after I received the new phone. Now it's not working even after making sure the potential causes are resolved.
