Came here for a massage while vacationing in the area and this place exceeded my expectations! From the nice lounge with comfy ergonomic sofas, sauna, steam and whirlpool; to the perfect massage by Tom. Definitely recommend this place when in the area!

I can suggest Lifetime or Mountainside if you are really looking for a club to workout and annoy the amenities. This club is more about wearing make up and being scammed on. I have to say I am thoroughly unimpressed by this club. I am new and watched the lady Carol sit on her bottom the entire time I was there trying out the club. There were multiple issues going on from the broken steam room and dirty locker rooms to the equipment needing repair. I had high hopes for this place because it was in a good location. The gift shop looked cute, and it seemed like there are many amenities. It also looked very dated though, almost as if it had not been updated since the 90s when it was built. The aC vents looked dirty, and there was an odd smell so I left after the tour. For how expensive it is to be a member, it did not look to be maintained well. I didn't want to workout here, even for free.

Just had a cut and color for the first time here....I'm not a member of the village so you can still go to the spa. I had Stacey Kretchmer and I have to say it was not only an awesome color and cut- she might give the best head massage I've ever had in my life. I'm blonde and my hair can be weird with color, plus I'm getting some grays- she knew exactly how to give me depth and not give me the gray blonde color (iykyk). I'll definitely be back!!!

I love the village. This is not a gym, it is a health and recreation club with many amenities. I almost want to leave a bad review so more people don't join, but that would be insulting to the staff who work very hard. I like the size of village at gainey. even during busier times it doesn't feel too crowded and I can usually do what I want. Had my first visit with Dr. Chris Spencer. After his adjustment, my back/neck/shoulders feel so much better already! He also gave me some good knowledge about the interconnectedness of muscles and how to improve my musculoskeletal health long-term. I can tell he really cares about his patients and takes the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend him!

This is a top notch spa. The staff is friendly and professional. The manager, Kirk, treats you like royalty. If you are coming to Scottsdale, this is the place to go to be pampered.
