I had an all over color today with Dori- I am in love. She worked with me - knew I wanted rid of my blonde that I hated but wanted to keep the subtle highlights throughout my hair. I haven't been this happy with a color in a long long time. Unfortunately I am visiting out of state and probably won't be able to come back but I definitely recommend Dori. She did a great job. Thanks Dori :)

My boyfriend and I received gift cards for a couples massage and booked for a Sunday afternoon. We arrived 20 min early and we were shown where to change and wait. 15 min into our appointment time, we were still waiting. The therapist finally came down and said the front desk did not check us in and that's why she was late. That was fine and she assured us the massage would still be an hour, which it was. I had a friend in town visiting, so we came here for massages after our hike. When we checked in for our massage, we changed into our robes and we're taken to the lounge area while we waited for our appointment. The lounge had amazing, super-soft Ugg blankets! I almost fell asleep before even going into my massage! I had only had one massage in my life before, so I didn't really know what to ask for. I'm pretty muscular, and like a semi-firm massage. Health club and spa is definitely what this place is. I would add social club as well, which is very important to note. GVHC is more of an elite club than a gym. Which, they seem to do very well. The membership pays for much more than just treadmills and weights. Mostly, there is a social aspect here that you don't get at most other places. GVHC organizes a lot of events and focuses on keeping its members engaged as a small community. I was gifted recently with a massage to celebrate the end of the year. All the details had been arranged for me beforehand, and the Gainey Village spa staff made sure no stone was left unturned. My coworkers all appeared to experience the same thing (we came at different times). I can spend a full day at this gym with all of the amenities! The staff is very personable & friendly. There are a variety of classes offered to change things up. From planned hiking trips, biking, cooking & social hours, its amazing!

I've done two of Helen M. Hot Yoga Sculpt classes and I absolutely love them! We used 3 pound weights and I could feel the burn the whole class. I will for sure go back. Great workout!!
