Made a change after 15 years from LA fitness to Gainey Ranch spa and club. I find the gymnasium to be excellent and the locker room top-of-the-line. I also have had my haircut twice there very good. Yesterday I experienced a 90 minute massage from Nicole Williams that was outstanding. All the staff very friendly and accommodating. Very upbeat and positive atmosphere.

love this place. I was looking for a new place to workout that had good yoga and nice amenities. Village had it all. Tons of classes such as spin, hot yoga (or normal) pure barre. They also have nice equipment, full size basketball court, lap pool, sauna, steam room and nice locker room to shower and get ready for the day. When you compare prices for what you get here it's a no brainer. Sign up fee can be a little steep but they usually have some deal going. Staff here is amazing as well. Highly recommend.

I love this club. I could spend all day, every day here. I can work out, eat, do a spa service, and relax. Every thing here is excellent. I just wish I had more time and money to just enjoy this club. This is the first club I ever look forward to showering after my workouts. I am very picky, so at the other clubs, I wait to shower at home!

Went to become a member, was placed in a group tour. If the tour is grouped together and impersonal, what will the gym be? I gave up, frustrated at the poor personal attention. Perhaps my view was skewed by the prices described here and the experience others shared. As an outsider to the gym and a newcomer to the area, I can say I was sorely disappointed. Worst part? I went committed to signing up based on reviews here. Clearly, that didn't work out.

I'm a member of the village health club. This place is definitely pricey, but even more worth it. I mostly enjoy the spa. In regards to the spa, I think it's absolutely wonderful. I really enjoy what they have to offer at the spa, a few examples; the Thai massage is to die for, their facials and skin care treatments are the only one that I've ever worked for my skin even up against dermatologist, their hair salon is very nice and they have good hair cutters and stylists on staff , the showers and bathroom facilities are off ... read more

This gym is the best I have ever experienced and worth every expensive penny! My two favorite things about this fitness club is that there is always a cardio machine that I WANT to use any time of day I go and I can always find a spot in the group classes even if its five minutes before or after the class starts which was unheard of at my other gym. The club is clean and well maintained. The staff is polite, helpful and knowledgable. There are a variety of classes offered throughout the day. These are the hallmarks of a great club and Gainey Village has them. The problem for me is the unventilated fryer/grill snack stand in the middle of the club. Life Is Better at The Village! The staff, classes and overall experience are first class. I enjoy being able to eat at the cafe as well and suggest checking it out. Shout out to Greg, Mike and Carol!
