I spoke with an broker name Anthony Casa at Garden State Home Loans. From the beginning when I had asked a couple of questions about the company's fees and interest rates, he had an irritated attitude over the phone and didn't provide any comfort with the information he had provided in the email. They offered the highest rate of anyone we contacted. They were certainly responsive, calling me three times in an afternoon once when I was in a meeting. When we finally spoke they asked me why I'd called. I think their strongest suit is their responsiveness. Their weakest was that I felt like I wasn't being listened to. Several times I was told how I should not be considering a FHA loan when I'd told them right off the bat that we were only interested in conventional.
