I can not speak about other representives at Garden State Loans but Randall Bryden was a godsend. I never waited for more than two minutes for a response to any one of my inquiries (and there were alot) and he was both friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time I was doing a refinance on my own and he walked me through every step of the process and, I believe, went that "extra mile" to get me exactly what I was looking for in a loan (which changed more than once). Randy was professional and very cordial. Worked through the bumps with me with the usual refinancing issues we all have to deal with...delays, additional paperwork and etc. Coordinated all aspects of the refinance and contractors to keep the closing as close to the date we all agreed upon. He is one guy when he says he will call you back...he will and when he says this is the amount of cash coming to you...its factual. He is truly a rising star in this field.

To be honest, the mortgage process these days is a lot more complicated than it used to be in the past. Garden State Loans made the process as simple for us as possible as well as doing all of the leg work to get us the lowest rate possible for the lowest fees that we could find. We closed with on them on a second home on LBI in March of 2012 and everything went very smoothly. Anthony Casa from Gardenstateloans was recommended to us by a friend. We worked with him for our refinancing. From the first phone call to the closing it was a very transparent, fast and easy experience. This was in spite of Hurricane Sandy interrupting the schedule.
