My husband and I decided to refinance due to lower interest rates and also to consolidate other loans. From the beginning, Randy Bryden was extremely helpful. He was completely honest about the rates that were available to us and answered all our questions promptly, either by email or telephone. We would recommend Garden State Loans to anyone who wants to deal with true professionals.

Did my refinance through this company. Liked the responsiveness of the president - got immediate reply from Anthony Casa to all my calls or e-mails. The deal went very smooth with no surprises. Professionalism of the staff and knowledge impressive. highly recomend

I went through Garden State Home Loans for my recent refinance. They took all of the stress out of this process. Very professional. From start to finish, the process took 21 days. We finalized the agreement at my kitchen table! If I knew it was going to be this easy, I would have called them sooner. I would recommend Anthony and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage or looking to refinance.

My experience with Garden State Loans was nothing short of miraculous, and my expectations were pleasantly surpassed. In my situation, I was dealing with another lender for a number of months, which I thought was looking out for my best interests, and get me the best deal. As closing neared, the "tune" began to change, as well as rates and fees. When I was researching loan providers, I read one review about Garden State Home Loans that was not only glowing, but incredibly comprehensive. The gentleman told everything that happened from beginning to end. I must say that this was exactly my experience. I worked with Randy Bryden at Garden State Loans. Randy was very attentive and made sure I was aware of every step that was to follow. Randy provided me a list of all the documentation that was necessary to complete my refinance and once all the documents were provided the overall process took only 3 weeks which was amazing. From the point of first contact to the closing of my refinance took 19 days. That's very impressive! Anthony Casa was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process and things moved along smoothly every step of the way. Daniel Haney at Garden State Home Loans was actually the first person I had spoken with when looking for the best mortgage rates. He was very patient with me, spoke honestly with me and made me feel the most comfortable, which is why I ultimately decided to go with Garden State.
