I have used various mortgage providers in purchasing and refinancing properties - hands down- Garden State Home Loans has been the best by far! Web based secure document portal to provide requested documentation and closed within 21 days which is extremely fast considering the high volume of the market. Will be using GSHL going forward and highly recommend them! Also - had best rates for refinancing.

Jake and team did a great job with our re-finance! The process was very smooth, communication was excellent and the closing was right on schedule! I would highly recommend Garden State Home Loans and Jake in particular.

We have done a few refinances over our 40+ years of home ownership, but this was the fastest, least troublesome we have had. Garden State was first to respond to my query and the lowest based on the published rates. Jacob Snow set expectations on the rate and overall costs on the first meeting. Everything went exactly as he said. We didn't even need a new appraisal! I would definitely recommend Jacob and the Garden State team.
