Steve was very cordial, professional and easy to work with during my re-fi process. He was very responsive to any and all questions I had and would message me to let me know what was going on with my loan application throughout the entire procedure. He was able to facilitate my loan within a month.

Jake was very easy to work with during our refinancing process. He answered all of our questions and was able to explain technical terms in a way that helped us understand loan terms. As far as a refinancing goes, he and his team did all the heavy lifting. After gathering the initial documents, we didn't have to do much. Jake was also patient with us when it took time for us to gather our documents. I feel they got us a great loan and would recommend working with him.
We refinanced our home loan with Jacob in February 2021. Jacob was hands-on from start to finish. We have purchased a couple houses and refinanced a few times too. This was the best experience compared to the others. I highly recommend him!
