Here to right a review about Garden State loans. Our loan officer was Ryan Corkery, he was fantastic from beginning to end. The entire process is smooth and easy and Ryan is a real professional answering any and all questions and getting back with us quickly. It was a very enjoyable stress free process and we were able to close in less than 30 days on our refinance. I would highly recommend Garden State Loan and specifically Ryan Corkery.

When I started considering refinancing, I was hesitant to do so because of the headache it can be. But from the first time I spoke with someone at Garden State, I was put at ease. Ryan Corkery was our mortgage advisor, and he was PHENOMENAL! He was always available to answer my questions, and he helped me adjust things as needed. He also was super helpful in helping me understand our options, and he explained things very clearly so I understood what to expect. I would recommend Ryan (and team) to anyone looking for a lender!

I started with my refinance by checking with other companies and Jacob Snow at Garden State Loans was by far the best. I was amazed at how much better GSL was than the competition. Jacob was professional and extremely responsive from start to finish. He was there for the entire process which was extremly quickas he was quick and responsive. It was a painless process. I sopke with friends of mine who did not use GSL and they went through a much slower and more painful process.

Right in the middle of the refinancing process my wife had to leave the united stated urgently to take care about her parents. This complicated the whole process and I was not sure that we'll be able to complete it this time. Jacob and his team helped me to go through preparing all necessary legal documents with my wife being abroad, and me communicating with everybody online. Eventually, we were able to close refinancing with minimal delay and financial losses.

The team at Garden State Home Loans are very good at what they do. They have a very straight forward and efficient process. I've never closed on a loan so fast. I've already referred them to family and friends. If you're in the market for a loan, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
