Jake was simply the best person we could have asked for. He was able to meet the refinance we were looking for with no points, explained everything in depth, and kept himself available at all times for any questions I had during the process. We were going to go with another lender, however Jake's ability to simplify things and clearly communicate the process with us made our decision very easy.

Jonathan went through the whole process of prequalifying to closing. Was able to get closing done within 25 days of commitment. Was available to keep me always updated and answer questions throughout.

Refinancing can get complicated with all the different kinds of costs that needs to be explained. Jake is patient enough to personally explain everyone of them, and answer promptly all my questions. Furthermore, he and his team at Garden State Loans make sure that the process is as painless and fast as possible.

Jonathan was very easy to reach, very responsive to changing conditions, and neatly explained the entirety of the payment schedule with varying down payments. Our only complaint was our closing payment ending up being about $4000 more than expected, and we did not find out the payment until late the business day before. That was probably a title company issue. We would happily work with them again. 5 stars

This was my second time working with Jon. Each time they were professional, diligent and made the process very easy. They were also aggressive with getting the lowest rate possible each time and saving me the most money they could on the loan.

Garden State Home Loans did an amazing job! We loved working with them. Matt, Jonathan and the team were with us every step of the way and always available to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot!). My husband and I felt so much more informed about the process thanks to their guidance and assistance. They really made us feel comfortable and confident as we purchased our first home. We highly recommend them!
