Matt and the entire team at Boyce and Prizzi was great from start to finish. They walked me through the entire mortgage process as I am a first-time home buyer and explained everything in detail along the way. Jake was helpful every step of the way. Possibly more importantly, he was extremely responsive and that goes a long way in my book. There is the old saying, would you recommend this to your mother? Well I did and she is refinancing with Jake as well. I would absolutely go back to Jake for additional help in the future.

GSHL was extremely professional and very thourough from application to closing . Jake and his team were both efficient and easy to work with. Despite some market volatility we closed at our quoted rate well in advance of our 30 day lock. We were very pleased with the overall execution of the loan process.

Everyone at Garden State was awesome. Johnathan was super helpful. Even though this was our second home purchase he walked us through every step! Closing was timely and so was the paperwork process which can be overwhelming. Highly recommend this company. They are straight forward, to the point, and make you feel like you’ve been buds for a while!

Dealing with GSHL was easy as everything up until closing was electronic. There were a couple hiccups due to it being a new construction but the lenders here kept me in the loop and informed when there was any problems.
