First of all, OMG! I really mentally underestimated the cc amount taken out via liposuction. Here are the CC amounts: 1) 1,100 from the lower abdomen 2) 550 from both upper hips (flanks) 3) 300 into left breast 4) 350 into right breast I must have had a lot less breast tissue remaining than I thought! I probably would have been lucky to be an A cup without the fat transfer. I can tell that I have sadly lost about 50% of the fat that got put in, as my bra cups are no longer filled in completely. I thought that I would show how the girls look in a bra and with the incisions taped. I have more tape on the right one, as that is the slightly heavier one with the nipple that is not quite pointing upward (tape makes it look smaller). Since I am arranging them in a bra (lifting the right one a bit higher), I didn't want the scars to spread. I had enough of that when I had the Benelli lift years ago - NOT pretty. I have had sub-muscular 450cc silicone implants for 12 years. At the time of the 1st surgery, I was 50 years old, weighed 145, at 5’7” with a 36 B bra size. I originally got implants because I didn’t want the vertical scar from a lift but wanted my breasts rounded and the nipples not pointing down. I had my breast done in 2012. Dr. Gayoso did an amazing job. Then in 2015 had a recurring seroma, I was told that I need to replace the implant. So I did. I noticed after surgery even with the swelling that the new one was way smaller. I brought it up 3 times at my post op check ups, he said it's something that happens. I was quoted 5 k to go in and put a bigger implant. I've already spent 19 k on the 2 previous surgeries. I'm going to consult another surgeon next month. I believe the wrong size implant was put in.
