I first visited Gayoso's office February 2016 & was so please with his staff! Everyone was super friendly, all the patients seemed to be in a cheerful mood & he spent a very long time figuring out what I wanted. I absolutely love my boobs and knew that I wanted to have my lower face, neck and eyes done soon, so here I am out just day after tomorrow. When I was having Breast Aug I read everything but on this I am just telling what I want and leaving the rest to Dr Gayoso. He did a fabulous job on the boobs so here's to the face. Well here goes... To say this is a lifelong dream would be the most accurate description I can think of. I've always had insecurities about how small my boobs are in comparison to my build. At 5'8" and 180lbs a 38A just doesn't cut it! Most bra manufacturers don't even make my size, I guess the assumption is that if you're that wide you've got at least a B cup lol. Mere words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Gayoso is along with his talented staff members. I actually enjoy taking time out to go to my appointments as they are so warm, welcoming and always go above and beyond with their care and best interest for the patient. My advice is to add Dr. Gayoso to your list of plastic surgeons to have a consult. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and based on all information decided to have a nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction. I was referred to Dr. Antonio Gayoso for consultation and immediately realized I was in the care of a knowledgeable, talented, and experienced plastic surgeon. Despite my diagnosis anxiety I cannot praise Dr. Gayoso and his entire staff enough. They all were both thoughtful and caring (yet professional) throughout the entire process.
