Well I had BA on June 26th and thought I would never consider Tummy Tuck as I have heard that it is the most painful procedure. Well after having my BA and absolutely thrilled with the result and my physician, I am going to go back and talk to him about the Tummy Tuck. I've already written my original story and reasons for this procedure, so this is an update with pics. 5 weeks post op and I'm absolutely thrilled with my results. My hubby says he has a 'twenty something wife'...I wish, but he's very pleased considering he was against this surgery in the first place. Patience is the name of the game with any cosmetic surgery. Really felt like I was starting to sag especially in the cheek and neck area, I wanted to look brighter and more youthful, I have 2 daughters getting married in 2015 and wanted to look my best. I have always had a curvy body but I did not like the fullness in my hips and the flatness of my buttocks. No matter how many squats or workouts I would do I could not get the shape I desired. Dr. Gayoso and his staff are very friendly and professional. Always on time with appointments. Staff and doctor addressed all of my concerns and were always available to answer any questions I had. During my consultation Dr. Gayoso asked questions and really listened to my responses so he could better understand what I wanted from of the surgery. I love how I look and feel. Very satisfied with the results.

After having two children I had lost most of my muscle mass and had major sagging. After the surgery I now have breasts like I was 20 years old again. Like most breast implants I now wish I would've went a little bigger but I am very happy! Dr. Gayoso treated me like a VIP patient and made me feel very comfortable.

I am 20 years old and recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Gayoso, first off from the first conciltation I knew he was the Dr for me, he is so nice. I could have not asked for better results, they are EXACTLY what I wanted perfect size & my incisions are less than an inch, LOVE HIM & my new boobies

I was born with what I feel is a mild case of Poland Syndrome, but I am missing a right pectoral muscle. This is pretty common in males with Poland Syndrome. I looked at several options, including an implant to correct the asymmetry on the right side of my chest. After many hours of research and several consultations with Plastic Surgeons, I decided that having Fat Transfer was the right choice for me.
