This will be my last post until my 2 month update, as I want to apply tape to my incision lines so that the scars don’t spread before the skin remodeling starts occurring naturally. I am going to apply small pieces of tape horizontally on my vertical incision so that I don’t prevent the scar from stretching when the bottom drops a bit due to gravity. I feel like there has been a lot of progress with my healing in a month. My breasts are still a bit bruised, but the swelling has gone down a lot. They are still kind of hard but starting to jiggle more at the top. The left side is dropping a bit more than the right, but the right seems fuller somehow, even though it is not very noticeable in the photos. Dr. Gayoso performed facial laser resurfacing using the Contour TRL by Scion. I am very pleased with the results. My fine and deep lines are gone, my skin is tighter and I look younger!!!!! Dr. Gayoso is extremely professional, explained in depth what was to be expected and performed a wonderful procedure. Both he and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I had Coolsculting done with Gina in Dr. Gayoso's office. I had wanted to do this for some time now. The "back fat" and "belly" I developed, along with the "love handles" finally had to go. I was tired of wearing Spanx. The procedure was relatively painless. The massaging afterwards (for a week) was a bit uncomfortable and I was sore for about a week but it was well worth it. I am now down an entire dress size and no longer wear Spanx. I would HIGHLY recommend this procedure-and Gina!!!

Dr. Gayoso is simply an artist. He doesn’t just perform a surgery, he evaluates your total body. I told him that I wanted him to make me look good. I trusted his opinion so much that I told him while I was under and he needed to go bigger or smaller, to use his professional opinion. He did, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything went so smooth, he actually canceled my original surgery date because my iron was too low, so happy I as able to quickly get it back up and proceed with the procedure.. I can't put into words what a fantastic practice you are dealing with when you walk into Dr. Gayoso's office. After having my first baby, I discovered, at 27-years-old, that I had Diastasis Recti (separation of my abdominal muscles).
