I'm a 36 year old mother of 2 my current weight is 178 lbs. My kids are 14 yrs and 11 yrs old. My body has never been the same since I gave birth. I went to Dr. Gayoso because I was interested in liposuction and a breast augmentation. Dr Gayoso spent a long time consulting with me about my expectations and what I wanted out of the procedure. I'm retired and looked tired! Wanted a fresh look without the obvious look of having had a face lift. Dr. Gayoso did a good job at making that happen. He is very good at making you comfortable and realistic in describing what to expect from his work. I think the outcome jives with how I feel and act, which is much younger than my chronological age.

I had breast augmentation surgery in 1992 and although I was pleased at the time, 18 years later, I noticed that my breasts began to sag and the implant became more noticeable by touch. LOVE LOVE LOVE my results! I am 5'7 and weigh 120 lbs. and started off as a 32AA and am now a 32D. Love my new shape!! The size is exactly what I was looking for. The discomfort from the surgery only lasted a couple of days and felt like someone really heavy was sitting on your chest. A good recliner to sleep in was definitely key in my recovery. I now fill out shirts, bras, and swimsuits like I was never able to before!! I would do it over again if I had the chance...without a doubt. Dr. Gayoso is the absolute best!!

Very Displeased - my breasts are terribly uneven Dr Gayoso removed my implants and performed a fat transfer about 2 years ago. Not only are my breasts terribly uneven, but there's a "bubble" of skin under my left breast which looks terrible. When I went back to see about having him remove the "bubble," he wanted to charge me. I'd rather pay another plastic surgeon to do the procedure, as I won't spend any more money with Dr Gayoso. His staff was rude and condescending, and the exam rooms are ugly with horrible lighting.

Extremely disappointing - small protruded area on my left eye On January 10, 2022, I had blepharoplasty surgery with at the Gayoso clinic. I also had a regenerative laser treatment procedure for small wrinkles under the eye. The doctor who completed this was friendly. I cannot say enough about the staff and especially Dr. B! Dr.B fixed a dog bite scar to my face. It was quite an experience to go through. Everyone there made it so much easier to go through this process. I looked forward to coming to appointments because everyone was so kind, patient and friendly. Now, I get to look forward to all the fun stuff that Gayoso Plastic Surgery offers. Thanks again...
