Dr. Gayoso and his medical staff are very professional and caring individuals. I am always greeted from the moment I arrive in the office until the moment I leave. All of his staff members are very friendly. I would recommend his plastic surgery services to anyone that were in need service. He is one of the best plastic surgeons in the Tampa Bay area.

Dr Gayoso has been my doctor for over ten years now. He is caring and compassionate. He will only recommend something you really need which is rare these days. They do not try to push procedures and extras like other offices do. Keep up the amazing work Dr Gayoso. <3

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I was devastated to hear the news. I had to have a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction. After meeting Dr. Gayoso, I immediately felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. The results are truly amazing to me. Dr. Gayoso is definitely an expert in his field and really cares about his patients. His entire staff is kind, caring and compassionate. I am 62 years young and had recently lost a substantial amount of weight resulting in a lot of excess skin hanging from my jowls, not to mention the large quantity of wrinkles covering the entire face and neck.
