So slow; Took me 5 hours to color my hair; single all over color
was excited to go to Gene Juarez Academy and get my haircut. Was under the assumption that this hairstylist is going to school for training were from the elite group. To my disappointment my hair cut was the worst I've ever received. I am not a complainer as my hair grows fast and is always been satisfied to some degree with all of my haircuts. Horrible experience. Hair color horrible. Left with wet hair.
I have had ok experiences before but think that I just got a bad student. He was arrogant,continually pulled my hair, burned my scalp and turned my hair a brassy color while taking 5 1/2 hrs. My head was sore for 3 days afterward.
I waited 25 minutes after my scheduled time. I was told it was due to a client mix up. The stylist was professional, and friendly. The problem was that she didn't fully rinse the color out of my hair and didnt bother to style it after she blow-dryer it. When I got home, my scalp started itching and after a few hours of this, I had to wash it myself. I will not be going back there.
I wouldn't go for color at least. mine did not turn our well at all.
Do not bother with a manicure!
Bad experience twice. One was even a re-do. The color both times fades after second wash. Because I had a re-do my hair is so dry. Like straw. Oh and it's been a week and the color is coming out! To make it worse is that they know that they have a problem with the color that they use.
I left with my hair bright orange/reddish color and streaks going across my hair. Because she didn't put bleach on those pieces. I asked for a balayage and came out with my whole head bleached. And I came in there with virgin hair. Horrific experience!
