Student butchered my hair with red dye, even the teaching staff couldn't fix it Very disappointed
We waited 20 minutes past our appointment time When services were scheduled, we were not told the timeline
The girl was very nice, but deep conditioning was minimal and sloppy, with only one look from the instructor. No comments, no instruction, nothing. That is the only time an instructor acknowledged we existed. Mani/pedi was quick, extremely amateur, poorly done, no concept of cleanliness, no instructor input or over-site. None. Nothing. Really? I was not happy with my service. My color wasn't right and the cut was too long..
I had a terrible experience. The girl took 3 hours to do my all over color, and then she didn't even wash it all out, but I didn't notice until after she dried my hair and I touched the back of my head and came out with dye on my fingers! The color was way too dark! I had med golden brown hair that she was supposed to match, and I came out with almost black hair! The girl did not even know how to blow dry hair properly! My Groupon isn't enough for haircolor, there's also extra charges on toner which is ridiculous!! I ended up paying 30.00 more at a school??? And it took me 5 hours for my roots touch up and few foils!!! I went to Clover Park and it was 35.00 only
I went in with pictures of what I wanted. A simple asymmetrical bob. Nothing crazy. I brought a picture of how I wanted the color also. It was all wrong. I left with the worst cut and color of my life. She couldn't even properly dry my hair.
Plan on spending an entire day there if you are doing a haircolor and removing the old color. These are students that are learning and need approval on every step of the process, so you have to wait for the busy supervisor to become available. Also, unfortunately, they do not have haircolor swatches that you can look at to color your hair nor do they have any hair style books to look at.
It is ridiculous to make an appointment with someone whom I have had do my hair and then when I get to my appointment that hair dresser is not available!!!!
