Dr. Pyo is the best dentist that my family has been to in a very long time. He took the time to speak with me and my daughter about her dental procedures she will be getting done. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Broke a tooth 2 days before leaving out of the country and called and they took me right away and ended up getting two caps put in while they did my crowns, the dentist and his assistant were very caring and gentle, constantly asked me if i was ok made sure that i was ok and they got me patched up for my trip and then i returned 2 weeks later got my crowns put in and the dentist again was caring and put them in quick and wasn't there long, glad i returned to that office for my dental needs. I will not recommend this dental place at all. These people take too much to see the patients. They had me waiting for more than an hour to have someone to do my dental cleaning. No one bother to come and tell me about what was is going with my dental cleaning time or anything. Also, the measured my blood pressure with wrist blood pressure apparatus which is very inaccurate device to take someone blood pressure. TL:DR Should be negative stars for the way they lied and tried to fraud me after making an apt for extraction almost a week prior. If this were a real dental emergency like they say they deal with, I could be dead by Monday, which is when she said the extraction would now take place even though I already had an apt with them for Friday... If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an appt. set for my son and they changed my appt because the doctor had an emergency vacation and they changed my appt without confirming with me and had no alternatives. They are unorganized and inconsiderate please don't waste your time here.

Honestly, the actual dentist is great never a bad experience from her. however, the breaking point is the receptionists. they are have bad attitudes and don't really understand what they are doing its not helping that they schedule fillings months away only to cancel because "the doctor never comes in on that day" and it not only that. their ability to submit paper on time and correctly to your insurance is not good. they will submit the incorrect information then tell you its the insurances fault and leave you waiting for u... read more

So many red flags. Waited for the dentist for an hour after getting my X-rays. Not very friendly. They said I needed a crown, when six months ago my last dentist said everything looked great. $800 for a crown with insurance. I think they are scammers.

They refused to provide the minimal service that I asked for but were more than happy to offer implants. $$$. I found another local dentist that understood what I wanted and could afford. I had to pay in full because Gentle Dental used up all of my Medicare benefits for nothing.
