I wouldn't even give this place one star but I have no other choice. They are so rude and gave me a hard time trying to schedule an appointment for my kids they need better training when dealing with people. I'm glad I found a better dental office for me and my kids.

So when I was in 8th grade I went there for braces and the first orthodontist was amazing he was super nice and had a great support team. Then we went one day for an appointment to find out he had left very abruptly and I had a second orthodontist who was nice and also very good but extended me out another year in braces then he also left and I got a third orthodontist in 3 years and he tried to extend me out even longer even though I was happy with my smile after 3 years in braces when it was supposed to be just 18 months a... read more

I was very sad and disappointed at the lack of sympathy and understanding that doctor Ana Platon showed when I visited the office two days ago. I broke a tooth while I was overseas and went to see the dentist there. Since I was only there for one week I didn't have a chance to go back and I needed an adjustment when I went to see my dentist her assistant told me that she couldn't a see me because I didn't have the work done there that I needed to go back where I had it. I feel like I was Robbed! The average cost for extracting a wisdom tooth is $200 according to Google but this place charges DOUBLE that! They try to make you feel better by telling to you how much they would charge if you didn't have insurance. My family will Definatly NOT come here again!!!! I don't care how nice they are about ripping you off!

We had been going here for several years with no issues. But once a problem arose from a mistake they made, all of a sudden they quit return phone calls and they become ghosts. I paid a $600 copay for a white cap to replace a silver one that my wife had since childhood. They made the tooth too big so they had to file it down which exposed the base metal below the white. I really liked this dental office with the previous Dr. Now he's no longer there. I don't know why but the wait time is extremely long Now. For instance my husband called out of courtesy to inform general dental he may be 10 min late. The staff said if he is later than that the Dr will go ahead and take lunch. However it ended up he was 5 minutes early for his apt. The Dr still went to lunch making him wait at least one hour. The staff is nice. This office is situated in a good location. I give this office 2 stars because everytime I bring my children in we are in the office for several hours for routine cleanings and ortho appointments. Its frustrating to watch other people who have came in after me leave before me. I have anxiety every time I come to this office cause it's a usually a bad experience. This is long but read it you'll never thank me for it because you will not go here. My wife and I had an appointment the same day. They brought us in about the same time and we both sat there in separate rooms for 2 hours without having anything accept X-rays done. They wanted us both to elect to have things done outside of our dental coverage. We have good coverage but they kept telling us we didn't have the coverage and we would have to pay out of pocket.
