One dentist said I had a cavity, scheduled a follow up appointment to get it taken out at a later date... they charged me $35 for the cavity and when I went back there the new dentist said i had no cavity and they said they would refund me... almost 8 months later I'm STILL WAITING
i waited months to get in with these guys and i live 2 hours down the hill. i show up to my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and the office is closed?? no call, no email, NOTHING to reschedule with me before i made the trip when they had PLENTY of time to do so??? and after i told them my dental situation and how i needed to be seen asap? they canceled my last appointment months ago 3 days before i had to go in and now im sitting outside an office that says its open online and even scheduled people for a day they apparently aren't even... read more

The female orthodontist was the absolute sweetest! I got Invisalign with her in mid 2021 and finished at the end of 2022. She was always so sweet and seemed to genuinely care. Other than that, the girls at the front desk are always so rude and their appointment system sucks! They cancelled/tried to reschedule my cleaning three times before I just said forget it. The new receptionist isn't so friendly. There are no hellos or how can I help you, but a death stare fishing for compliments so she can smile and treat us like human beings. I loved Linsay. Linsay made it a task to inform me that my appointments were coming up and took the time to learn the patients' names. At times, Linsay even recognized my voice. Now, that's great customer service. I used to love this office until they started trying to nickel and dime me every time we come for cleanings. It's always oh you need fluoride and some bacteria flush that comes out to $100 that the insurance doesn't cover. Trying to charge me for my minor when the fluoride is covered by insurance. The last straw was when my kid needed braces they wanted to charge over $800 more than other places. Horrible and unprofessional place to go to !! The young receptionist is really rude and has an awful attitude! This place loves cancelling appointment's and switching them last minute and good luck speaking to the condescending girl with a lot of makeup and black hair when scheduling an appointment.

They rescheduled my sons appointment 3x. Very unprofessional. My son really needed to be seen by a specialist and it took them over a month to even get me an appointment just for them to cancel it and reschedule 2 more times and then cancel those as well. This is ridiculous. Maybe get a calendar and be more organized.

Completely unprofessional. Cancels appointments with very little notice, however, if you want to cancel and don't give a notice they want to charge you a cancellation fee. Make no mistake, they can cancel whenever they want but they don't offer a credit to you. They also like to charge up front for work they haven't done yet, so that when they do cancel on you, you're stuck and just have to get the work done whenever they feel like honoring your appointment. The guy answering phones is rude and condescending, there's no way I would even consider making an appointment at this office.
