The office/scheduling staff has no idea what they're doing. We showed up for my son's appointment early, filled out the paperwork that had extraneous charges not covered by our insurance added to the bill, then after the cleaning portion was finished, the tech comes out to say the next part of the appointment isn't for another 45 minutes because the doctor doesn't come in this early. Dentist is cordial and skilled but the dental office is the worst I've seen in more than 50 years of seeing dentists. Three cancellations this year. Today's with no notice. I took off $256.24 worth of time from work today for an appointment and the office was locked despite a sign saying they'd be open until 7 p.m. No warning. Clearly the office does not value patients or their time. Will be sending a bill for lost wages.

If I can give this place one star I would.. I needed a dentist ASAP for 2 root canals cause the pain was unbearable. I told the doctor I have a cavity closer to my front teeth and the assistants and "DOCTOR" said it's stained? How if you don't know or feel the patients pain..? I knew it was a cavity, I thought I was wrong because I'm not a "DOCTOR" or can read the x-rays right..assistants and "DOCTOR" said the root canal is traveling to the other teeth causing my front teeth to have pain. I started going here back in 2018. had a lot of work done, filings, cleaning a crown and wisdom teeth removal. I first would like to mention their prices are outrageous even with insurance. Then multiple appointments i had for a cleaning and filing the doctor was late. I won't Recommend this place, they usually running behind schedule, and never call the patient's to let they know about it. It happened to me in two different occasions, where I had to wait for over an hour to see my Dentist. I'm Not happy at all with Gentle Dental from Hesperia. Switch to a Real Dr. After my bad Experience.

I usually get here at 12:00pm for my appointments and I don't get seen until 12:35-12:45 (which I'm always a sport about while waiting in the lobby, you'll never hear me complain about it) today I got there at 12:20 for my 12pm appointment and they said they couldn't see me because is was late and they rescheduled me for next week. I wish they held themselves accountable about seen us on time as they do about us showing up on time even when they know we're going to sit in the lobby for 30-40 mins past our scheduled appointme... read more

PLEASE, Do not go here! They will scam you for more money for things you don't need and cavities that you don't even have. This has happened more than once. Once you start asking questions about your bill, they will ignore you or give you a run around. I can't even leave a review with no stars. I guess one star for the nice dental assistant. I don't know her name but she's the only African-American lady there.

This place is a joke. Quoted me $620 for a single molar extraction. Said the only anesthesia they do is intravenous sedation. When I questioned the oral surgeon about that and explained that I'd had an extraction done previously right next to the one due to me removed and had a local, he was super vague and evasive with the explanation.
