I initially contacted this office for a dental emergency, I was in so much pain and they were able to see me immediately! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Solidad is the sweetest and so helpful, I am always happy to see her! The office is very clean and the technology is advanced, so much so that my appointments are thorough and quick. I’ve had several appointments and plan to bring my family in for treatments as well. I highly recommend this office because they are such a pleasure to work with!
Very disappointing!! After booking appointments for my family of four and having them confirm our insurance with two representatives, we were told at the office that we are “Not in the system.” The woman at the front showed ZERO sympathy, even after I told her that HER company confirmed our insurance twice. When I asked if they can call and straighten it out the reply was “Our appointment setting office does not confirm insurance.” ??? “You can call.” Why did two representatives say otherwise? My husband Rudy Villegas and I are very happy and extremely satisfied with the dental care we have received from Dr. Safaei and assistant Julio, hygienists Zora and Jenny. The clinic staff, Julie, Jackie, Zara (?) had been very helpful. I find this new team very patient friendly. My husband is brave. The entire team are so kind, caring and helpful. Zara was my dental hygienist and she was so amazing explaining everything for me. The dentist dr Safaee was kind and went through the things need to be taken care of authentically, Zahra the office manager was super helpful accommodating my financial concerns. Julio was so kind as he was doing part of my dental cleaning. Overall l felt everyone there were so heart-centered and going above and beyond to support me for my today’s visit. Thank you all 🙏❤️
I have been to Gentle Dental Irvine many times. My last visit was for teeth cleaning and the lady did a spectacular job. She answered my questions in a very understandable way. She explained what she was going to do and how I should follow up after my visit. She is one of the reasons I go to this office
