Dental work always makes me nervous. The ideas of things in your mouth, numbing, and all the rest are concerning. Still we go. I went to Gentle Dental, Irvine. Needed a crown replaced and a root canal. I told the dentist that I would die before I ever let another dentist do that miserable procedure again. Dr. J. My experience at gentle dentle didn't start off well, but things turned around because the employees are very friendly. Maggie especially is very patient and willing to go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The day after my appointment my teeth felt great. I thought I was going to be in some pain because I had several hours of work done, but I had zero pain. In the end I was satisfied with their services and will be back.

Having gone to the same dentist for 6 years, I was very hesitant to switch due to an insurance change; however, I could not be happier with my experience with Gentle Dental! And my kids actually left smiling too! We all were new patients and the receptionist made it easy to make our first appointments, get our exams and cleanings done on the same day. The facility is clean, the dentist was quick and kind and my daughter and son both and ortho. consultations and we still made it out under 2 hours with an exam, X-rays, cleanin... read more

Excellent service and very nice dentists. The dental hygienist is fantastic and makes each patient feel right at home. All of the staff is supportive and overall top-notch. After some negative experiences with other offices in Orange County, I highly recommend this office.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr Pannu, Maria and the rest of the team. You can tell Dr Pannu and the team are very passionate about their work and all that they do, and they make you feel like a family member and not a dollar sign. I have a negative experience at another dentist and was very hesitated to come in, but Dr Pannu was very friendly, open, and explained everything which really put my mind at ease. Thanks Dr Pannu!

Wonderful practice. I came in to get a second opinion about some crowns my previous dentist have been pushing. Instead of trying to upsell me on crowns and other procedures I did not need, Dr.Pannu did a fantastic job on couple of fillings. One of the fillings was very deep and complicated; she took the time to show me pictures of the situation so i would know how to keep an eye on things in the future. I finally have found my dentist in Irvine. Dr. Pannu and her amazing hygienist, Loc. They are exceptionally skillful at what they do. My appointment went perfectly smooth, starting with the insurance all the way to the care, which I received from them. They really live up to the name Gentle Dental. Thank you to Dr Pannu and all the staff for a wonderful dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Pannu and I look forward to coming back for my next appointment.

went to get an exam with my dentist (dr pannu) and just got my teeth cleaned by Loc the hygienist, the cleaning was thorough and refreshing and he was kind and professional and he knows how to get the job done! If you ever go I would recommend you ask for him
