I had my first visit with Dr. Pannu to have my teeth checked and cleaning. Loc was my hygienist, which I suggest if you could ask for him to help. he's very nice and attentive. I left happy and will refer my family and friends.

I decided to review because I've even coming here for the past 2 years and I love it! They always make me feel welcome and they offer extra services but it's never pushy, it's always no thanks and that's it. The office is nice and clean and the staff is knowledgable. Loc the hygienist has been great and he always offers advice on how to care for my teeth. I have been a patient of Gentle Dental Irvine since 2002 and not once have i thought of going anywhere else. The entire staff has always been very pleasant and friendly. Going to the dentis is not something I like to do, however i have been going regularly because they actually care about you and your teeth. I could not be happier with their service.

I have had a good experience with Gentle Dental so far. They have been very accommodating with schedule changes, have been very polite and helpful with the dental work that I needed. The office is conveniently located and it's nice to be able to watch tv while waiting.

Other than the excessive sales pitches, I actually had a pleasant experience here. I could tell the staff was really trying - plenty of cheerful greetings, small talk, and check-ins. I move often for work and have had four dentists in the past three years. Every new dental office insists on taking a full set of x-rays. I usually eventually give in to a partial set, but this time I was adamant about refusing all x-rays. This dental practice is actually quite nice. I have already sent my mom and my sister here because it was so refreshing to be able to deal with a dental office that is organized and professional. I come from the school of thought that my healthcare and dental health are investments...BIG investments but worth it because it is the best investment I can make into myself. Awesome visit today. Maria worked with me financially first as I have no dental insurance right now. Gentle Dental has a discount for uninsured teeth and I signed up for the care card to make monthly payments. Excellent! Loc is a gem! He checked my teeth and cleaned them and did a deep irrigation to cleanse the gums. He showed me where the tarter build up was and where to spend more time brushing. this dental office has actually made my first root canal experience a good one. I have to say that the receptionist named Leina is exceptionally helpful and AWESOME. she took into consideration my specific needs, scheduled me special appointments, and sent me follow up emails to make sure that everything went smoothly after my treatment, ETC.
