I had an appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks. I moved about 35 minutes away from the office and then called to ask if they could transfer my records to the Lakewood location and was told no they can't. So I make an appointment. The day comes for my appointment and I pack my two kids up in the car, drive the 35 minutes and get to the office. By far the worst dental office my children have been to! Between traumatic experiences with horrific hygienist to front office staff tampering with medical records!!! I highly recommend ANY other dental office before Gentle Dental!!!
I took my daughter in for an initial visit to see the orthodontist, she was not very personable at all and did not seem interested in gaining a new patient. I was also checking out the office with the intent of possibly switching dental practices for my family since the location is closer to my home. I think I will stick with my current dentist, their customer service is worth the drive. Just because someone is a doctor doesn't necessarily mean that they have people skills.
