I have not been to a civilian dentist since before I joined the military and am now a veteran. The V A is very booked up so they sent me outside to get a cleaning and work done in a timely manner. I'm very glad they sent me to Gentle Dental. Their customer service was outstanding. They reminded me of my appointments via text and also called. The dental assistant was better than awesome. I went into this hesitant because of a recent bad experience with a dentist office, but I was in so much pain I had to do something. Dr. Granlund listened, came up with a workable plan, and got me out of pain within the hour. She did some massive stuff on an abscessed tooth and I didn't feel a thing. The office staff are pleasant and helpful, and Dr. G's assistant is phenomenal. I think I've found my dentist.

Great place to bring your children. I don't enjoy coming to the dentist, but coming here makes me and my children feel at ease. Plus it's an all in one dental place even better.

WARNING! GENTLE DENTAL - LACEY, WA. DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE DENTAL WORK, QUESTIONABLE ETHICS, MISSING CASH PAYMENT RECORDS, NO TREATMENT PLAN, AND STILL NO REFUND AFTER MORE THAN 90 DAYS! I was referred to this location from my dentist at the Bonney Lake Gentle Dental office, as this is where one of their companies' only Endodontist practices. I have never been treated so poorly by a so called professional. Michelle Sue was curt and condescending in her interaction with me. Despite my attempt to consider that she might be having an off day, her actions were unprofessional. I had simple cleaning scheduled two weeks in advance and no one verified my insurance at the time of schedule. Then on the day of the appointment, which was scheduled after hours they would not see me because they could not verify my insurance. Nor would offer private pay so that could be seen.

Bad experience in both treatment and billing. I was left in pain for a month even though I told them I was in pain, just got shuffled to different offices. When the finally extracted the tooth, I was told that the credit that was on my account for a service paid for, but not done, covered my bill that day. A month later I get a bill for $450.
