We were patients for 15+ years. In **************************************************************************** full by my insurance. When I got the *** I requested a refund for the overpayment but all I got was excuse after excuse about why they couldn't do that. At one point I was told they don't give refunds but I could use the credit on my account to buy toothbrushes or teeth whitening kits. After 18 months I finally had to get the WA Attorney General involved to receive the refund.
Left a tooth in my mouth and tried to get an appointment to get it out or talk to the Doctor. The office manager ***** is so rude and told me i didnt know what i was talking about. Since when is she a dentist and wouldnt fit me in to see the doctor, Im a former cancer patient and have to watch my health. Also my face was completely black and blue and i had to work like that. Some of their front desk customer service managers are rude and shift manager too and ************************* needs to do more .very bad experience
Horrible business with billing. They scam there customers. Once someone uses them and they pay they keep billing and asking for more money
if I could give negative stars I would. I haven't been there in 3 years and at this point I feel like it's harassment with what they're doing. I've been over charged and they've continued to send me a "bill". They don't even send it every month and the paper looks completely fake and pixelated. Gentle Dental is a rip-off. They upcharge for services that are covered by insurance. They also charge for services you could live without to run up your bill. I got my insurance company on the phone with Gentle Dental and agreed they changed me for services covered by insurance. They agreed they owe me $87. It's been 3 months trying to get my money.
I had to have a root taken out from under my dentures and I had to wait 4 months to get in for that along with ill fitting dentures as I say they are but gentle dental does not say that as my dentures rock back and forth when I eat and causing significant sores in my mouth, neck and sinuses because of the rubbing. I got my root taken out and went back in to get new dentures. I actually like my dentist at the ************** location, but their accounting department is another story. I mailed them a personal check in June 2025 for work done in May. Since the check hadn't cleared by August, and after talking to one of the employees in the office on *******, I told them I would put a stop payment on that check because it must have been lost in the mail.
