I had to have a root taken out from under my dentures and I had to wait 4 months to get in for that along with ill fitting dentures as I say they are but gentle dental does not say that as my dentures rock back and forth when I eat and causing significant sores in my mouth, neck and sinuses because of the rubbing. I got my root taken out and went back in to get new dentures. I actually like my dentist at the ************** location, but their accounting department is another story. I mailed them a personal check in June 2025 for work done in May. Since the check hadn't cleared by August, and after talking to one of the employees in the office on *******, I told them I would put a stop payment on that check because it must have been lost in the mail. I then paid through my bank, and the bank shows the check was sent on August 13th, but has never been cashed. In the meantime, I get a bill showing ... read more

Unexpected balance billing A breach can occur when an office provides an inaccurate cost estimate & then insists on charging the patient more than was originally agreed upon. This place is in the business of scamming people. Dentist tried to charge me $500 out of pocket for a laser cleaning (I dont think anyones insurance would cover this bogus). I opted out of that and then he refused to clean my teeth via any other method. Ill be reporting this business to the BBB and my insurance company. My older non-native English speaker father in law was charged over $1,600 for a procedure that was NOT done. Patient requested a refund that was apparently issued but it has been 5 months and still have not received the refund. Multiple visits to the office to request funds. I (a white female) have had to step in to get management to start to give a more accurate timeline and explanation of why the money has not been refunded. This business does NOT care about it's clients,in my opinion. They were asked to check with my insurance before work was done. They lied, saying call was made. Insurance says there were no calls in the call log showing that. They did work that EXCEEDED annual allowance, unknown to me. I was left with a $1000 plus bill, as a senior this will be a lengthy process to pay off. Worst Dental experience I have experienced. I worked with the ortho team for four years. My braces were supposed to be on for two years. They left excessive gaping in the top front teeth, making the gaps even wider than what they were when we started the office has taken accountability and has blamed me for why my teeth looked the way that they do. In Nov 2024, I made an dental appointment for 2:30 pm, May 6, 2025. Several days prior to the 6th, I received a text changing my time to 1:30 pm. No verification required, but to call if I could not make it. I arrived at 1:15 on the 6th and checked in with the receptionist who had an attitude. She informed me I had to wait till 2:30 pm .
