They discriminated against me and my ******* Dog. I like my current dentist, he is pretty good. I don't like anything else about this company. They need to be shut down!
This is the worst experience I've ever had with the Gentle Dental Valley ************ location. All payments are due upfront the day of the procedure and I had several visits w/one final appt. The final appointment I was turned away because they demanded 30% down of approx $1400.00 **** for one crown appointment. YIKES! I asked if they would accept $100 payments towards my remaining balance so that I could get my crown, but was turned away by the office manager. I left. I had high hopes when I first went to Gentle Dental in WA. I spoke at length to a dentist in one of their offices about denture options. I knew I did not want the type that was kept in place with adhesive and that you had to take out daily. I was told about the permanent denture that was bolted in with posts and could only be removed in the dental office, one or twice a year for cleanings. I told them that what I wanted.
