I was contacted by Geoff about the possibility of refinancing my 30-year mortgage to a 15-year mortgage (1st mortgage experience with Geoff was stellar). After giving him the preliminary information, Geoff never got back to me, apparently (I'm guessing) because my credit was poor. He just left me hanging without any follow-up, which I find to be unprofessional.
