I was pretty much pestered by my rental company to try and buy a home. I was fortunate that they recommended Geoff to be my lender. To make a long story short, the rental company screwed up the closing a week before we had to move. (they wouldn't break the lease legally even though they initiated us to try to buy a home before our lease was up--we had in writing that we wouldn't get in trouble too!) I worked with Geoff Rooker in 2012 to refinance my home at a lower interest rate. This was my first time refinancing, so I was not sure what to expect. The entire process was unexpectedly easy, and Geoff answered my many questions and got me a great deal. I would definitely work with him again and have recommended him to friends and family.

The team never shared information and we had to deal with 4-5 people on several occasions. We had to submit info several times over and over. The experience was very stressful and made it hard to deal with. We were at a remote location and very poor internet or WiFi, which complicated things. Now it looks like our mortgage was sold to another company before we even see the house or make our first payment. Not good!

We started the process with Geoff and then went to John and then to Heather and then on to a fourth person. Seemed like when we provided any information it was not passed on to the next person in line. Would have thought a folder would with all the information included could be accessed by anyone on the team without asking us for it a second or third time. Appreciate the response time to our questions and everyone was courteous and helpful. Thanks

At first communication was very easy. I was able to reach someone to talk to at almost any time. Then as we moved through the process it became very difficult to reach someone when I had questions or needed help. I left several messages that were never returned or addressed, and I sent a couple of emails that never received a response. Toward the end of the process communication improved a little, but overall the lack of communication made the process very frustrating and left much to be desired

Communication and straightforward talk. When I'm given information and it's communicated as one thing and it turns out to be different things it is not a good feeling to find out something after the fact and at the point that I can't do something. Also very disappointing when the real estate agent asks Rooker team to call me and I received no call. Two times that happened in this transaction
