The products, customer service and education I've received from the Rooker Team have been top shelf. He communicates exceptionally and has demonstrated comprehensive knowledge, wisdom and consideration the entire time he's helped me out.
I was pretty much pestered by my rental company to try and buy a home. I was fortunate that they recommended Geoff to be my lender. To make a long story short, the rental company screwed up the closing a week before we had to move. (they wouldn't break the lease legally even though they initiated us to try to buy a home before our lease was up--we had in writing that we wouldn't get in trouble too!)
