After the initial call to get details, the team went dark. I heard back from the people to sign with to get my loan docs signed, but they were wrong. I tried multiple times to get in touch with Geoff via phone, text, and email with nothing. I did get a "I will call you later..." and "can i call after this meeting..." nope. Then got pressure to sign documents last minute. I did not get the product I wanted and discussed. I was made to feel like i was just an end of month close deal.

We did not like the emails notifying us of the status of our loan process. We trust that if there is a problem, we will be contacted. The emails were highly annoying. Other than that, all went well. Thank you.

Was very difficult to reach staff at the office most of the time. Initially when it appeared that the refinance was not possible, there was no communication back to me regarding this new found information, and instead I was dismissed. When word was received that by exception it may be possible to complete the refinance, communication through the remainder of the process remained minimal

Buying a house is stressful enough. The portal process to provide requested info is good. However, none of the questions I directed to Geoff via the portal were answered. Documents regarding cost of closing marked "Final" were signed a couple days before closing. The title company called to tell us where and gave us a closing number $2,000 higher than the final signed documents. After an extremely stressful several hours on signing day, it was brought back to the original, final number.

1. Getting feedback to questions was completely unacceptable based on either not getting any or having to pull teeth to get it. In fact, after more than a week, I’ve still not gotten any response to my questions related to setting up auto pay for my mortgage.\n\n2. I considered Geoff my mortgage lender and I received a ton of email with electronic signature requirements from lots of different people, none of whom indicated up front who they were representing. Very confusing process.
