I had to request multiple changes to documents because the terms we discussed either were not correct, missing, or just plain wrong. Also, would have been good to have things like the waiting periods verbally pointed out rather than relying on the written notifications.

Poor communication. Repeatedly asked for documents already sent. I would ask questions and not receive answers. Case in point - I asked if it was possible to buy points. I received no answer. I asked for clarification of and a corrected closing disclosure. I never got either from Primary Mortgage. Two days after the house recorded we are signing a corrected closing disclosure. The signing agent from Fidelity explained items Primary Mortgage should have explained prior to signing.

Mr. Roofer knows the challenges we faced in working with His team.\nI appreciate him trying to rectify the situation and our dissatisfaction with the overall service and communication.\n\nIt did, however, continue up to and including our closing. In particular, very disappointed in the communication with Suzette Fahey, although my frustrations were communicated to her directly. And when I was at fault with regard to the tenor of our conversation I apologized. Overall, communication was Poor

Communication between staff that were involved. When we had a question it was answered with the same question, therefore I was never given an answer. We were told we will not be paying closing cost but of course somehow we ended paying th closing cost because staff were not on board.

I had Geoff as my Loan Officer for about 7 months, and I never once spoke to the man (not for lack of trying on my part). I have his personal cell number. He never answered my calls once in 7 months. I never received a phone call back from him after leaving messages. His staff would always tell me he was busy, and I should talk to them instead. Eventually, I stopped calling Geoff, because I knew he wouldn't answer the phone. It's hard to get a hold of anyone in his office as well.

The lack of communication really effected my overall experience with you guys I never knew what was going on half the time. When I finally would talk to someone you guys where super great but trying to get you on the line was the hard part I know it was hard because of my work schedule but maybe you should have someone available after hours cause I'm sure everyone works. I also Tried referring friends and you guys wouldn't even call them back.

Better communications. Too many people going from one person to another and back again and back again. Not keeping us informed. Asking for requests over and over again.
