Jesus Nunez performed our maintenance inspection. He was thorough, professional, and personable. He showed us pictures of all the areas he inspected in the air conditioning unit and furnace, pointing out areas where he made minor repairs. He explained the maintenance checklist he used to check the equipment and asked whether we had any questions. He tested the air conditioner and furnace both which were working fine. Cori Williams came to my home for my scheduled 6 month maintenance. I was planning to schedule a service call to clean my ductwork in the near future. While Cori was here he found some other issues which needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. I have had many George Brazil representative work on my heating and air conditioning over the years but none more thourough than Isaiah. Should be a 5 star rating as they showed up on time and were professional, but pricing leaves a lot to be desired, the AC stopped and it was determined it was the thermostat, now we paid for the maintenance programs for 2 free check ups a year and reduced parts pricing. When I got the bill I was shocked the cost of the thermostat was $371 the rest of the bill was labor and house call. I found the same thermostat at lowes fir $61.95.
