Jason from George Brazil came out to look at our heater. He found 3 birds in the exhaust pipe and caught in the exhaust fan. He went above and beyond duty by cleaning up the carnage and replaced the cap that had blown off the pipe allowing the birds to get in. So nice to see top notch customer service. It's rare these days. Thank you!!!!!

I want to give a shout out to Shawn A. a service pro at George Brazil! We had a heating issue with our new unit and would not turn on when we set our thermostat. After calling George Brazil in the early AM they were here the same day and sent Shawn A.. Not only was he professional in his demeanor, he truly tried to understand our issue as I was trying to explain it. Great service. We purchased a new A/C unit in March. When we went to turn on the heat for the first time today, it was blowing cold air. Called and got service on the same day.
