Great customer service and great workers and highly skilled. Plus super nice people. Thank you for a great job installing the 2 new Heat Pumps and air handlers in our home within 24 hours after signing contract the job was started. And finished all in just about 6-7 hours. Amazing!

So these guys are running a commercial right now for free diagnosis. Call them on Friday evening, they came out on Monday morning. My house is only 2 1/2 years old so I didn’t really think anything would be wrong with it but I was totally surprised when Jason educated me on things to keep my HVAC running smoothly, that I would’ve of never known. It’s great when you have someone that you can trust and I guarantee I will not go anywhere else. Thanks Jason G

I like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Hank with George Brazil Heating and Cooling! Our new 5 ton 2-stage A/C unit just installed the previous Thursday. We spoke with different companies and they all tried to have us go with a 4 ton (which was on our home already) and add a Splitter for our back rooms which would have to sit on our sidewalk outside and we would have to walk around. Rose, our service pro was absolutely amazing…she was knowledgeable, efficient and went above and beyond to get our AC fixed in the 110-120 Phoenix weather! They sent a wrong motor, causing her to go out running around town to get the proper part and reinstall twice! She was fast, kept us informed and very pleasant! This woman deserves a raise, promotion, and acknowledgment for going over and beyond the job! We will not ever go anywhere else, she is proof that G. Brazil has the best staff available!

Rose M. came out to our house when we had a problem with our units drain pan. She was very friendly, courteous, and acted truly professional. She explained in detail our problem and even sent us a video from the atic to show what was wrong. She fixed it and told us about the VIP Maintenance program which we signed up for. George Brazil has had my back for 5 years since we bought a York unit from them. The times we needed them -- they were here the same day in most cases. This weekend our expert technician Marco G was exactly that--came when promised, diagnosed the problem quickly and worked diligently for over an hour to clear a plugged drain line.
