RecommendedRose M. was the ABSOLUTE BEST technician we’ve had. Not only was she very friendly and professional, she gave us more information than any other tech that has been here over the past few years. There were quite a few issues that had not been brought to our attention in the past that need to be addressed immediately. She took pictures and videos to show me exactly what was going on in the attic. I will make sure Rose is the technician that services our AC units from here on out!

George Brazil has been great on warranty calls & very swift (within 24 hours). The first time 2 years ago with an ambient temperature issue (fan shut down) and recently to replace the blower motor. Total cost: $0. I was lucky to get tech Chuck W. who is very personable, completely thorough, and is happy to explain every step of the diagnosis. Kudos to him and all the phone people.
