We had one of our best experiences with a service repair company. Rose the technician that provided our service went out of her way to explain our current problem with our heater/ac, the fix and possible concerns for the future. Both my wife and I felt informed. She never once tried to sell us. The next time I have an AC/heating problem I will call George Brazil and request Rose
