RecommendedCalled with a problem at at about 2:45 had a technician call at about 3:15 that he was on his way and he was here in about 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in just a few minutes. Since it was due to a situation caused by a previous call there was no charge and Joe was professional and courteous. We have always been pleased with our experiences with George Brazil and today was another addition

We feel he has always been honest with us and we appreciate the fact that he isn't so focused on hard sales to where we feel like he is just trying to up-sell us something that we made not need and explaining what it is he may be recommending.
