Everything from the Initial phone call to the actual appointment was fast, friendly, and professional. The tech found a breaker that was switched off. He switch it back on and then inspected the unit. He told me the problem and showed me how to clean it. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!!

Called with a problem at at about 2:45 had a technician call at about 3:15 that he was on his way and he was here in about 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in just a few minutes. Since it was due to a situation caused by a previous call there was no charge and Joe was professional and courteous.
