We had a new air conditioning unit installed by two great Service Pros, Derek S. and Eduardo A. They were very professional while still being personable and friendly. They took precautions to keep our house clean and free of damage as they brought in new and took out old parts from the attic. Best Service EVER. We were without AC during 100+ degree heat. They were here the same day to do an assessment, and back the very next morning at 6AM to install a brand new AC unit. They were finished by 10 and the house was cooling off almost immediately. I cannot say enough good things about their prompt and friendly service!!!!! <3

Mike F was my service technician for this visit - he performed a yearly check-up for my air conditioning unit, and did a great job. He was on time and very professional, and provided some additional information for me. As my late husband used to take care of all the household maintenance I appreciate the extra time that Mike took with me.

Chance J. repaired my heat pump today replacing a defective coil and getting the AC going once again. He was a total professional, giving excellent service, being informative, understanding, caring, personable and considerate (covering the work area in the hall where the air-handler was located and by putting foot protection on when entering our home). He was so friendly and kind to explain many things about the unit. I highly recommend George Brazil and Chance! 🙂👍
