RecommendedWho says customer service is dead? Mike J inspected my A/C - Heating unit and presented me with several items that needed to be addressed. Once these items were covered he laid out all my options.- replacement being the best but not favorite choice. He walked through everythiong with me to make sure the ne unit would be the best fit for my home. Thanks. Mike and thanks to George Brazil.

Chuck and crew did a terrific job cleaning and sealing our duct work, a big job; they were here a bit early, and Chuck explained to me exactly what they were going to do, while the rest of the crew was getting the house protected from dust and damage. All of the guys were pleasant and very professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were here for around a little more than 5 hours and left the house as clean as when they arrived. We've always had good service from George Brazil and this was no exception.
We have requested Harlan as our GB Tech since his initial visit a few years ago & have requested him each time since; as he has shown great knowledge of our GB installed Unit's. He has always arrived on time with an advance call to let us know he was on the way; while doing the designated work quick & efficiently. Today Sherwin and Rodrigo arrived to install my new air conditioning unit. I wish that all service people were like these young men. From the time they arrived until they left they were like a well oiled machine. You immediately felt confident that the job they were performing would be completed perfectly. They spent the needed time to explain what they were doing, test the equipment, and make sure that they had answered all questions.
