RecommendedI have had George Brazil's company for both A/C and plumbing. The employees are prompt, very polite, and very well educated on A/C and plumbing. I have had no complaints about their work. Also, the ladies who answers the phones and makes the schedule for you are very helpful, quick, and works with you on the date and time of the appointment. I have had a new A/C installed. The tech that came to my home on fri was Mike J. He was very nice & knowledgeable. He figured out the issue immediately & got it fixed. I had another guy from another company out & he wasn't able to fix the issue & just told me I needed a new a/c. It ended up being an issue with my thermostat. I am so glad I called George Brazil & hopefully not but if I need someone to come out in the future I will be calling them again. I really recommend them.
Joe was very prompt . He was very friendly and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Our A/C was staying on and not going through it's cycle. Joe checked over both units and found that our copper tubing along the cooling unit was leaking. He filled out the paper work and ordered another unit for us. He also filled the unit with coolant so it would work until the new one was installed. thanks again, we tell everyone we know about your GREAT service.

Michelle was very helpful. She answered questions that I had since the previous maintenance check, explained things in easy relatable terms and made the process of buying a new unit very easy and comprehensible.
